A Quick Plug for Green

This is a green living post, because there's a great educational building in Sarasota, FL where you can actually see "green" in action.

The Florida House Learning Center is the result of hard work and collaboration between countless organizations, businesses, government agencies and individuals.  Examples abound of various green efforts from a green yard (don't say it) to efficient "guts" like plumbing and energy features.

Yes it's a model home, but exploring how you might incorporate some of the options into your home might yield some great benefits in the long run.

-For example having incorporated green landscaping means less time spent doing one of the most dreaded tasks. . . cutting the grass.
